Erik Raschke grew up in Denver, Colorado and received a Masters in Creative Writing from The City College of New York. His first novel, The Book of Samuel, will be published by St. Martin’s Press in the Fall of 2009. He lives with his family in Amsterdam where he is currently finishing up his second novel, The Death of Fiction.
